服务不好！我在携程定的房间，结果要在艺龙确定？ 本人17号离店，办完手续还特别打电话安排快一点完成银行扣款！ 结果还得等到4天以后才完成！ 酒店设施可以，前台服务太差！

乌苏最好的酒店，没有之一，酒店大堂干净整洁，房间内布局合理，性价比超高，就是早餐较为单一，希望可以提高早餐质量，另外，携程价格不含早餐，每份40元另收费
