一直听说万州希尔顿营业得不错，是希尔顿全球酒店中当月经营当月收益的唯一酒店，所以是抱着期待去住，结果很失望。房间很大个烟味，害得我开了一晚上的窗户，顿时心情都不好了！前台服务也是，接待的女服务员态度傲慢，毫无亲和力！难道认为在万州这种小地方你在希尔顿工作很牛吗？

房间很大，有淋浴有浴缸。床赶紧整洁，窗户全景。旁边就是万达广场吃饭方便，早餐品种很多。两张卡，一张取电，一张开门。我如家汉庭住多了，下楼就顺便把取电卡抽出来了。上楼发现取电卡开不了门，瞬间尴尬了，马上下去前台又给我置了一张门卡。可能以前酒店住习惯了，以前的都是取电和门卡是一张卡，这里高端点。最后就是不喜欢地毯式的，要是地板会舒服点
