我们到了已经是8点钟了，到店后发现车位没有了，在前台询问，前台居然给我的是我所定的是特价房，我很不解，网上没有说明啊，更没有说不提供车位呀，后来前台服务员询问当时的经理，给我们提供🔟元的提车费补贴，天呀，18元，当我们是叫花子哇，所以退房时我也没有要，这是我最不满意的地方了！

The cleaning crew doesnt clean properly. Even when you ask them to vacuum, they wont do it. They only make up your bed and put the amenities in the box when empty.
Room was fine though
