酒店有接船服务。花园很漂亮，房间在岛上算大的，标间的双床也很大。但供电情况欠佳，一天停了3次电，晚上淋雨水龙头出水量极小。到酒店服务员态度都很好，基本有求必应。且离鳄鱼岛和海边都很近。

两个家庭订了两晚两间的双标间，入住时前台老板娘就说，好评满分就有早餐送，这样强迫好评的早餐，不吃也罢，酒店好不好，客人的眼睛是雪亮的。只能说，这酒店是我们目前住过的最差劲的酒店了，服务，设施，卫生都很让人失望。没有对比就没有伤害，出到银滩，与入住苏福比酒店形成强烈的对比。因为亲身经历过，我们肯定不会是回头客，我们身边的朋友，我也肯定不会向他们推荐这样的酒店。

空调制冷效果不好。入住当天中午房间门喷油漆，一整晚都油漆味，可怜还带着一家大小住里面，凌晨三点多被油漆薰醒。因上岛遇上台风停航，原入住俩晚改一晚，服务就从码头接送变成只接不送。每晚503元的住宿费，特意订贵点酒店，结果还是上当。暑假涠洲岛那是处处坑，不知道游客蜂蛹而来的好光景还能糟蹋几年。
