赶上酒店施工，没看到门口的水水，不过花树不少，酒店后面的沙滩不错，清净至美。房间比较宽敞，卫生间设施有待于更新改造，门一定要装上。。服务贴心，香蕉随便吃。值得推荐。

酒店位置离码头近，但是离南湾街中心地带很远，现在酒店正处在装修期，入住的人并不多，私人沙滩还是很棒的，适合喜欢安静度假的游客，价格方面在涠洲岛上算贵的，可是卫生、设施一般，感觉不值这个价钱。

离玩的地方比较远，来回骑电动车都要将近一个小时，酒店还在建设规划，还未完善，不太方便，个人觉得性价比不高

离码头很近，靠海，很安静，走地鸡很好吃，周围服务设施较少，不像南湾和教堂那边那样热闹，属于岛上较为高档的酒店。

入住海景酒店住的确实挨着大海，提醒大家的是他家是平房的海景房，周围安静只有二个商铺，也没有别的酒店。喜欢安静的人只个不错的。其次他家的床头没有插线头，想要冲电还得床对面桌子下。我们住的房间共三个插头坏了两个。服务员那来接线板临时用上。而且电视信号很不好。说说他家早点，因为不是旅游旺季，加上我们两口子才四个人，早餐每人一碗粥一个馒头加上两块小白暑一个鸡蛋。连个咸菜都没有，我们和服务员要他们说粥本身有咸味，馒头他们就这么干吃什么都不用夹。我们无语。而且他家房间费还比别家贵费一宿478元。
