1.酒店不管设备和位置，都还行，唯独个服务员，除了1月4日中午那个前台态度好点，其它的前台你要去住房就像要求着她一样，对着老顾客也是这态度，真是一粒老鼠屎坏了一锅汤啊。
2洗澡热水，就是夏天洗澡水的温度，冬天没办法用
