在这种城市，这个四星级是个假的，第一天住在三楼，2楼有个酒吧吵到半夜，服务员态度僵硬，房间浴缸感觉漏电不敢用，水是黄色的，电视不能正常开启，床头灯也是坏的，停车场还要收费，我想我来的一个假四星，但是是这个城市唯一一个四星，没得选

位置不错，设施很好，服务很好，早餐很丰富，五星大酒店，美中不足是卫生间感应灯不好，正洗手，正使用卫生间中多次灭灯，跺脚都不亮。

极差、极差！这家宾馆住了好多年了，说实话，越来越差劲了！作为一家3星酒店，硬件设施老化，更新不及时，现在基本就是价高质次。Wi-Fi基本上不去、住店客人停车收费、房间设施不全、隔音不好……。最糟糕的是管理人员的素质极差。一大早，楼层服务员就在楼道用当地的武威话大声吵吵，根本不管客人是否在休息！大厅接待人员也是满嘴武威话。这次国庆住宿，因房间没有淋浴喷头，要浴缸套也没有，值班经理帮我升级了房间。第二天悲惨的事来了，酒店非要我补差价，说是一个什么王总不同意。更奇葩的是，大堂经理居然说我开房后怎么不先到房间查看设施。大厅接待人员坐在那里，操着武威话，打了快半小时的电话，我就站在那里等，期间没有一句客气的话。最后在我再三说明情况，甚至是强硬态度下，才勉强办理了退房手续。
一家星级酒店，管理水平如此低下，人员素质如此低下，酒店的领导该想想了！
差劲，建议住客慎重选择！其实在武威有好多不错的酒店！
