前台的接待员很冷漠，两个都趴在电脑后面玩手机，我们在大堂站的有点懵，以为没人。房间里还不错，被子很新很干净。就床边墙壁有些污渍。其他的都挺好

房间太小，设施残旧，尤其洗手盆太小，无法洗衣服，隔音效果不好，没有电梯，四五楼都要拿着行李爬楼梯

这酒店综合来说相当不错，交通方便，性价比很高，配套设施一应俱全。我出行前看了很多酒店，最终选择了这里，因为通过评价及旅客晒图了解到这家酒店卫生相当不错，装修风格也别树一帜，有自己独特风格，这点比较喜欢。真的到了酒店后发现很好找，距离西栅也特别近，十分方便。前台服务态度也很好，办理入住十分顺利。进到房间后，第一感觉就是钱没白花，物有所值。不像一些民宿，床上用品十分差，从卫生及床上用品，厕所用品来看是相当专业的。装修风格也确实独特，很喜欢。晚上比较安静，休息的很舒服。一直到离开乌镇，给我的感觉都相当不错，我想我下次再过来游玩的话，还是会选择这里的。ps.照片离开时拍的，比较杂乱，但贵在真实
