服务很好，我们团的套餐，含住宿，游船和晚餐。晚餐很好吃，把我们两个双人套餐换了四人餐，完全不需要另点菜，性价比很高！还有景区电瓶车，很棒！

一家三口（孩子7个月）+两个老人住客栈，前台服务可以，有人带行李上车，但是下了车，我们的VIP管家就没见到人，说是下车有人帮忙拿行李，等了一会也没人，另外一伙人有一个关键从头到尾直至送客人到房间，我这边同样的客房，没有管家接待，后面只有自己拿东西进去，还是有点距离的，只要有孩子东西比较多. 入住后的环境没得说，比网页上的还很多也新很多.酒店早餐丰富但是建议9点15之前到，因为入住率很高人特多，9:20到几本书没什么菜了，即使工作人员会补一些东西，但不是全部.景区里面没什么特别要注意的，享受一下安静的时光就好. 里面还是值得住一晚的，还有由于疫情原因，没有早茶客了，景区里面60%的店铺是关闭状态（2月26-27去的）人不多.
