酒店周边环境是不错的，服务也可以，唯一缺点是浴室中的热水无法控制，忽冷忽热，有点吓人！希望这方面可以改进！

实事求是的去点评。住宿都还好。但入住时候，游客中心前台极其不专业，一直说查不到订单，说不能确认订单是我的，耽误了一个多小时，还让我跟携程客服核实，我到的时候已经是晚上了，意思是核实不了我就无法入住，核最后找来负责人，我全程出示了所以订单短信，携程订单号等，最后才承认系统里的订单是我的，解释说他们虽然跟携程合作但是却没有足够信息来核实客户身份。真无语了。客户需要再花了钱之后为你们的合作流程BUG去承担时间成本和无法入住的风险吗？做一天飞机汽车到了景区，被折腾一个多小时，虽然最后入住了，那这心情损失怎么算？这是什么用户体验？这中间环节还存在多少风险需要用户承担？
