闹市中的精品酒店，地处乌镇中心，进入酒店顿时一切都安静下来了，酒店自己的园林也非常漂亮。酒店出品的饭菜也很好，价钱也不贵，早餐品种虽然不是很多，但精致。

酒店隐于西栅景区内，硬件设施没得说，前台工作人员服务热心，必须点赞！当时预订在一楼，别家空调外机故障冒烟，酒店考虑到我们住宿体验受气味影响，主动帮我们升级到高级套房，挺感动！酒店内用餐必须推荐，精致味美！无论早餐和点餐，绝对超出预期！这是我们认为酒店的第二特色！

老爸感冒上吐下泄，电话到前台帮煲了稀粥，还配了小菜，当时已经是晚上9点了，景区找不到白稀饭，很感动。很贴心的打扫吐脏的房间，半夜还回访。离开景区时一个小伙子听我们约了车，还热情的送到候车地，等看我们上车才告别，真心感觉好温暖。

服务特好，主要是带客户过去，从景区入口处就有专人接送和服务。早上退房比较早，也贴心的准备了早餐，服务体验特别好，很专业

很好的一个酒店，已经是第二次入住该酒店。服务设施都很不错，员工的服务意识很好，已达到星级宾馆的标准。酒店提供的早餐很好，中西式都很到位。中式午餐也不错。
