19号入住后才得知酒店泳池不用使用，和前台说起，服务员说下雨天影响到泳池不能开放。请问有水处理吗？到第二天11点给了我回复说泳池14:30分可开放。本人和朋友一起去到泳池了，水质糟糕。订了二晚三天几的房。在今早上去二楼吃早餐的时候没有早餐卷，和服务员报了房号！但服务员说必须得有早餐券。我入住二晚，当天只给了一天的双人早餐，然后很无奈的下前台。到了前台问前台服务员为什么不给我二天的早餐券。服务员说怕我弄丢了。没有一点理论的说法。没有一点个性化的服务。差评。早餐的煮面师傅很好，赞一个。
