酒店环境好，服务也不错，停车场有电瓶车接送。一进房间就发现自己的名字出现在房间的电视屏幕上很温馨。但是周围吃饭不便，酒店自己的餐厅菜价较贵。总体来说，四星级还是有的。

别墅房，安静，干净。房间很舒服，床被褥都很舒适，四周景色美如画。正好遇上寒流，否则在阳台喝茶聊天真不错。室内有大浴缸。美中不足的是冲凉房，下水漫，水溢出来了，差点溢进房间里。

店间在主楼一楼。厕所马桶垫有擦不掉的污渍，厕所有不良气味，洗手盆有裂痕，床和被褥比较舒适。早餐非常好，有五星水准。酒店在景区内，景色，空气都非常好。酒店服务不错。

在二月初来到五指山，确实是一种挑战。室内温度很低，好在酒店给添加了一床被子。酒店很高大上，房间也很雅致，设施齐全，还可以免费登五指山。不错不错！

非常不错的酒店，雅致雨林别墅房环境优美，设施齐全，很显档次。只是我们来的这天，天气太冷了，房间外的双人大浴缸也没体验一下。住酒店可以免费登五指山，我们下午四点多开始登山，游客很少，大雾弥漫，别有一番景致。总得来说，非常满意的一次居住体验。
