一楼大堂有一个可以对外开放的粤式早餐餐厅，虽然不算好吃，但在五指山对于游客来讲，算是非常好了，价格也适中，否则当地路边早餐店，外地游客大都吃不惯。
酒店有地下停车场，酒店门口也可停车，保安很友好，会尽可能方便住客。
酒店服务也很不错，虽然当地人脸上没有什么笑容，但是待人还是很真诚的，发现入住的房间没有冰箱，晚上询问后立马来了两位服务员搬了一台小冰箱来。床垫也是正反面软硬可以随时让服务员调整。
酒店房间虽然比较简单，但设计非常人性化，细节很到位，面龙是德国高仪，这可是五星级酒店才会用到的龙头标准，还配有净水龙头，可谓钱花在了刀刃上，另还有很多细节做得都很到位，推测设计师和装修一定是高手。希望客房的维护保养能得当，以后来继续入住。
