太差了，千万别住啊。从设施到服务没有好的：不给发票，电梯永远都是维修中，房间设施极差，灯泡坏了好几个也不更换，没热水，水龙头放水要放30多分钟才出热水，前台办事效率太低，结账至少15分钟，住着的感觉就2个字:上当。出差10多年就没见过这么差的酒店，0分！

该饭店位于吴中市中心，交通较方便，到机场门口有直通班车，去机场者可利用，但是房间内通风不好，有一种下水道冒出的怪味，而且不能开具税务发票。

看得出来是一老酒店了，设施比较陈旧。周边购物吃饭倒是比较方便。目前从网络订房的客人无法索要发票，前台不给开，需要改进。
