房间电话线坏的，没有提示几点退房，一点的时候服务员有问需不需要打扫卫生，但是都未提示几点退房，后面一点五十退房的时候说，他们是一点半退房，要多收半天房费，态度还很不好！搞得心情十分郁闷！！！
