服务不错，大堂经理亲自引领客人到房间。但是预定是订单提示是单早，入住时前台没有提醒单间如果两人入住，刷两个身份证可以有两个早餐，我曾问她是否必须每个人都出示身份证，她说不必。以致于我们的早餐券不够用，又重新付款用的早餐。好在最后退房的时候了解了这个情况，前台又补了一个餐券给我。另外，我的东西忘在房间了，服务员很好心找到又送回了，表扬下。总体来说不错。西餐厅外面环境很好，有湖水假山小瀑布。但是，靠楼边的房间有的只有一个小窗户，拉开大大的窗帘发现后面是墙！
