酒店环境整洁，房间布局堪称完美，优雅又不失情调，服务周到，让人无比舒心。给我营造了一种家的感觉，无论大处到小处都是那么无懈可击，价格也很合理。房间挺多的 7楼还有早餐供应就是起来的晚了面点啥的就没有了 哈哈哈 酒店整体很不错 该有的都有 就是房间有点远 押金不用前台退 后台会自己退到支付方式里 还有前台工作中能力有待提升 去入住等了10分钟找订单…大项城很完美的酒店了 下次还住

我还是给了全满分的好评。说实情，设施一般，有一些缺失项，会感觉不大方便，比如一次性拖鞋、浴室地垫、擦手帕、衣柜，但是对应这个价格设施可以给满分了。更为重要的是，酒店并未因为这些忽略对自己的严格要求。我当天入住，酒店直接给升级了榻榻米房，但不巧服务员打扫的明显马虎，我给前台电话说了情况，结果他们亲自过来拍照取证，并再次为我更换房间，表示歉意，同时还在自省各种可能，如何避免这种情况。我被他们的“五星服务”意识感动，给了最佳评价。
