酒店很不错 离下高速口也近 只要五六分钟就到了 晚上周边有个广场很热闹 来住的客人可以去看一下哦 服务员也很热情 每次去都觉得很亲切 早餐也很丰富哦 都是当地的特色 房间卫生也很干净 值得推荐

第二次来了，吉首南下高速5分钟就到了，无论前台美女们的服务和客房卫生都是一流的。晚上还可以去旁边的文化广场玩，周围环境一级棒，可以免费观看湘西特色的文化表演和参观湘西州博物馆。酒店自助早餐厅在顶楼，特别喜欢吃湘西的蒿菜粑粑和苞谷粑粑，可以边吃早餐边欣赏美景。最值得call的是去经开区办事酒店还有商务车免费接送，提前10分钟通知前台即可，真是太方便太棒了！真心推荐，值得入住！

每次出差都选择住俏湘西酒店，让我像是回到家，服务非常热情，前台员工知道我的喜好，帮我安排景观房好让我静心办公。房间宽敞明亮，卫生干净 ，客房服务员清洁房间看到我有脏的衣服，都免费提供清洗晾晒，房间还有很多免费赠送的物品。早餐厅有非常好吃的特色早点，原汁原味手工做的包谷粑及湘西米粉，吃了念念不忘。出去办事非常方便，酒店有免费的商务车接送。
