清明假期去的人很多好险提前预定房间，性价比高，在古城外很容易找，后边是停车场，收费的，走到沱江边十分钟，因为在路边所以清早来往车辆多比较吵，其余设施都不错！

酒店位置比较好找，就在马路边，背后就有很大的一个收费停车场，就是周围比较闹，房间设施还行，空调不是很给力，热水供应不足，房间隔音效果太差，一大早上就被吵醒了

房间打扫的不够干净，厕所马桶上还有头发。门后还挂着上一个房客忘记带的衣服。叫客服上来后把之前房客的衣服拿走直接就挂在了过道（对房客遗失物不负责）家人忘记带房卡（虽然是我们忘记带了）楼下客服让我们自己拿万能卡开门然后自己送回来…另外就是房间电话并没有写楼下客服的电话，是自己入住时在前台看到的（并且无任何拨号操作指南）。最受不了的就是房间居然没有风筒（吹风机）凤凰古城的冬天很冷，打电话给客服被告知风筒拿去维修，没有风筒，问他可不可以找一个，客服说房间都住满，没有多余风筒……并且一点歉意都没有好像是应该由住客承担。328一晚的房费，号称精品客栈，洗漱用品要收费就罢了，风筒居然都没有…大写的服！真心觉得凤凰古城距离真正国际化的中国名片还有很长很长的路要走。
