这个酒店的服务非常不到位 由于商务出差 不得已在这个酒店住了三晚 第三晚要换为套房 因为行李多 所以要求酒店等我午餐结束后 再搬行李去套房 酒店竟然拒绝了这个正当要求 还义正言辞地要求我如果换房 必须要求在12点以前把行李搬到套房去 我真的是第一次遇到这种酒店前台 吉首连下三天雨 到酒店前台借伞 着急出门办事 竟然前台告诉我他们没有伞架的钥匙 要我等他们找到钥匙 这种服务简直差上天了

差评，从早上七点多楼上开始装修，电钻吵得要死，打电话给前台也没人管，极度不负责，哪有酒店周六清早搞装修的，大部分客人都还在休息呢。以后再不来了
