酒店在一个度假村里。整个度假村环境，绿植都非常好。适合一家人来此小歇几天。唯一缺点就是旅游团太多了，显的整个酒店乱哄哄的。酒店服务和餐饮还不错。离城区太远无法点外卖

吉首的矮寨大桥非常壮观，周遍景色也很美。不过当地民风不是特别朴实，还是带有湘西的匪气，尤其凤凰古城旅游体验极差！酒店属于连锁性质，安全和卫生都有保障。对酒店的服务和住宿体验整体满意。
