1188服务很好，酒店早餐非常不错，品种很多，非常适合一家三口居住，酒店的停车场很大，非常方便停车，酒店离市中心也很近，方便购物.看电影.吃东西！这是一家性价比很高的酒店！

我们是去了边城以后开车到湘西入住民族宾馆的，挂牌4星，房间也很大，走出去吃饭什么的也比较方便。今后还会考虑入住。

宾馆住起来很安静，早餐也挺好吃的，宾馆的工作人员服务态度很好。设施设备还可以，房间的床睡起来很舒服。哈哈哈好开心，宾馆旁边有好几家螺蛳粉店。

这价格住这样的酒店我觉得非常值了，还带早餐，卫生很好，安静，停车非常方便。就是离乾州古城比较远。不过因为靠近吉首大学，所以附近吃饭也不贵，下次还要住。

早餐富有湘西的特色，第一次在酒店餐厅吃到包谷粑😬😬😬民族特色的米饼😀湘西口味的炒粉👍
酒店房间设施确实很棒，装修虽有年头，但仍不失豪华👍👍👍
酒店环境很好，绿植、园林、幽静。
酒店大厅迎宾的保安大叔大早在热情引导大家到餐厅就餐，当门口有工人送用品到酒店时，他也很热情、主动的去帮忙搭手，我个人觉得他是很有爱心、很乐于助人的热心人。

酒店位置很好，在市中心，隔壁就是自治州政府，停车场很大，以前应该是政府指定接待宾馆，挂牌四星，现在有些陈旧了，但性价比超高
