告诉我是去年才装修的房子 不但装修味很大 而且居然到处都是霉斑 看样子漏水比较严重 居住外部环境还好 离马路较远

迎宾楼中央空调超级垃圾，完全达不到正常的制冷效果，潮热难耐。令人气愤的是酒店很清楚迎宾楼空调的差劲，办完手续后才轻描淡写的说一句：空调有点慢，多开一会。设施完全不配四星。
