是县政府办的接待酒店，地理位置不错，出门往右十分钟即到古城，难得的是这家酒店自有停车场。如果是自驾游凤凰古城，强烈推荐，千万不要入住所谓古城里特色的民宿，车根本不能进去，拖着行李到古城里面找住宿，累死你。酒店中规中矩，有准三星标准，毕竟县政府接待酒店，设施齐全，稍旧点。而且提供一次性洗漱用品，这在湖南可是很难得的。再多说一句，不要去凤凰古城玩，商业化太严重，除了商店还是商店，你体会不到任何悠闲怀旧的感觉。

位置不错，靠近古城很近。无论从大路还是小路走，到沱江边都很近。
房间格局有点奇怪，好像是以前的办公楼改的，订了2间房，格局还不太一样。
洗发水沐浴露是二合一的，洗澡还行，洗头有点涩。
早饭20一位，中式自助，管饱。
房间里有的插座已经不太灵光了，好在插座多，也不妨碍充电什么的。
大堂的卫生间位置有点奇怪，一个在电梯旁边，一个在餐厅门口附近……
