凤凰古城的酒店，估计有上千家，但是有情调的酒店应该没有多少，这家酒店属于有情调的。尤其需要强调的是酒店的服务，非常好，工作人员的对待客人的询问非常有耐心，有的客服还会提笔帮你写下来，非常的耐心细致。凤凰古城是一个非常商业化的地方，最明显的体现是周四还是200多的房价，到了周五或周六就上升到600多甚至800多，但这家酒店即使到了周末或者节假日(我们是清明节入住的)，价格提高的也并不多，让人感觉非常诚信。强烈推荐。

昨天携程上订票出了点小问题，店家和携程客服态度超好，打了几个电话询问情况！店家还专门加微信告知位置！晚上十一点多到达酒店，一个微信店家就到停车场接我们…酒店环境很好，房间里也很有特色…以后有朋友来强推这家酒店！

酒店位置属于中间段 很好找 方便游玩 虽然在闹市却很安静 酒店环境超级棒 十分干净舒适 工作人员热情耐心细致 一层可以喝茶用餐 楼顶还有平台 每晚都会有一碗贴心的热汤 强烈推荐！

第一次去凤凰，经过坡山公馆就留下了深刻印象。第二次到凤凰就毫不犹豫选择了坡山公馆。和朋友的感觉一样，非常棒，客人想到的她们都想到了，客人没有想到的贴心服务，她们也都做到了。特别是晚出回房间送来一碗热气腾腾的银耳莲子羹，好温馨。处处显情怀，处处有关怀。服务很贴心。
