酒店管家提前打电话来说明停车场位置。把车停在收费停车场，下车后步行到火凤大酒店门口，面对着火凤大酒店与九黎部落中间的巷子（清溪巷），走进去200米左右，酒店在右手边。
早餐分中西餐，7点—9点供应，需提前预约。

酒店环境超级好，客栈前台小姐姐态度相当好，每晚玩回来都有银耳羹送过来喝，酒店屋里的所有东西都是免费的，没有收费项目，这点特别好，而且酒店里的咖啡好好喝！

武装部隔壁有个室内停车场，离他们客栈不远，方便停爱车，不过会收费。早餐我觉得还过得去，本人还喜欢。客栈入住方便，我们带小孩住大床房也还好！
