位置很好，离乾州古城走路几分钟，房间够大，宽敞，服务人员态度好。早餐一般，可能不是专业团队管理。乾州古城很赞！

酒店硬件设施不错，但软件差点儿。大堂客服比较冷淡，毫无表情地接待我们。但是，我们住在21层，当天的保洁服务员非常热情，还有大门的一个小保安，为我们带路去古镇，非常感谢他们。

高层酒店，环境优美，交通便利，服务热情，干净卫生，安静舒适。早餐超级丰富，有地下停车场，距离高速近，距离乾州古城景区近。休闲度假好地方，性价比超高，吉首最好的酒店之一。
