服务特别贴心，带着九个月的宝宝，对卫生要求比较高，所以选了比较贵的一家，但好在没有失望，酒店服务贴心，代客泊车，帮拿行李，帮着通风开空调，还有水果送，车停在酒店，还有商务车送到古城玩。早餐也很可口，唯一不足之处，儿童座椅比较硬，而且没有安全带，宝宝坐着坐着就滑下去，吃饭时要分心照看。装修设施虽然并无特别惊艳之处，但小细节看的出是特别用心了的。总得来说，环境，服务很棒。

非常棒的酒店 前台服务也很棒 还给我们免费升级了江景套房 第二天没有续住才知道 这家酒店是凤凰古城最棒的酒店 有车接车送 也不需要等太久 真的真的非常棒 看个几个网站价格 艺龙的价格最划算 ！ 赞赞赞！

此次凤凰之行一共住了两个酒店，清溪禅院和素履莲花，两个酒店都还不错，就硬件来说素履莲花更胜一筹，虽在古城外，但风景绝佳，拉开纱帘，一整个沱江和沱江上那些著名的桥就在眼前。服务员很亲切、早餐品类不多，但样样都很用心、真正做到了少而精。需要改进的地方是房间大门门缝较宽，住的最靠近大堂的二楼套房，外面的动静在客厅里听得一清二楚。
