空气环境不错，地处圣溪湖边，离市区偏远，就餐不方便，附近没有餐馆，酒店卫生间积水排水不畅，订了两间都积水，花洒只有一个固定的没有小花洒，洗澡及不方便，积水一会就到脚腕，卫生间清理不到位，才订的房，房卡就刷不开，门变形，关个门整个楼道都震的响，

酒店位于公园旁，离闹市区较远，但周边环境一级棒，餐厅服务也不错，地道山西风味，夜里还有烧烤啤酒的户外体验，早餐一般。
