第二次入住了，当地也算中上的酒店了，居然为了一瓶水跟客人说几楼的房间才有免费的水这种话，毫无服务业的礼貌礼节，不说现在百多块钱的酒店都提供免费水，你哪怕说话委婉点也不用这样的语气吧？好像客人住这几百块钱的酒店喝不起几块钱的水一样！差评！以后也不会再订这家，影响心情
