房间干净，布置舒适，就是不隔音，楼上的住户半夜唱歌，太吵。另外客栈的周边还在修，正题环境有点乱。

服务态度极差，虚假宣传，定了两间房，一个四楼一个二楼观景，二楼观景正前方一个大亭子什么也看不见，找店家调房，看了两间全对着亭子真不知道宣传里的景是从哪拍的，升房到四楼，要求全部打好评才行，实在想换房就同意给了一个好评，但是随后就一切服务全无，说去火车站要和别人一起拼7座车还要每人收三十，结果四人包了个出租100拉到火车站。退房前台根本没人，什么接送拉行李全要加钱，而且态度相当蛮横，在携程订过这么多单这单最失败。

两年前住过他们家客栈，今年来了直接就定他们家新的客栈，服务一直很好。就是今年来的时候千户苗寨在修排污管道，有点影响出行，但五一来就应该修好了吧！

我顶喜欢这种风格，原木房间，顶楼(四楼就是顶楼了，苗寨不会有高楼大厦)，
wifi信号好，景观好，窗外看出去视野宽广，晚上景区的灯火甚好。
在2号桥附近，离观光车下车处稍远，
房间卫生条件不错。没有一次性的拖鞋，不过我通常自己会带。
前台小哥很和善，详细的介绍景区内不能错过的地方，让人心安。
最令我惊讶的是墙上的插座居然有美规的插座，所以境外来的观光客
不需要转接器就可直接插电充电。
