酒店环境还行，服务很好，但是设施简陋，谈不上卫生，但比周边客栈要好一点，对于离城市这么远的景点住宿条件还算过得去，价格有点小贵。

酒店在景区内最外围（北门），自驾车不能进去。须在景区门口做车到酒店，走的话需20分钟。酒店设施和卫生比较一般，但晚上很安静。

黔森大酒店总体服务、卫生都较好，尤其前台服务阿姨，特别亲切热情，为顾客考虑周全，但设施有待进一步改善，如热水器使用不方便，热水不热。
