服务很差，不明白那么多好评哪里来的？本次行程最差的一家店，没有之一，严重影响出游心情。千万不要来住。听别人说上午有免费演出，想询问下地点，老板说都没有，他那可以代买收费演出门票。不过我们打听别人依然看到了，。店家开业这么多年了，不可能不知道这个。不过这不是重点。明明写的12点退房，第二天早上老板看到我们出门吃早饭，告知11点半前必须退房。询问原因说是因为他们的打扫人员当天12点下班。这个理由真是呵呵呵。。。可以理解第二天广西放假，你家翻翻涨价了，但是我还没到时间赶我们走，真是过分了😡。
言行一致、基于事前承诺是一个商家最基本的素质，如果你家酒店很牛，大家抢着住，要求08:00退房都可以 ，你按照你事前承诺的要求，大家都会配合。但如果你写明12点退房，提前赶别人走，就是一个人或者一家店的基本素质问题了。
大家可以多看看差评下面店家的回复，发现问题解决问题才是一家店的长久发展之道，只会怼人开脱逃避事实，这样的店只能忽悠下不知情的新客人了。
