观景台上看全貌夜景都不错！只是外面游客多，夜晚不够安静。Wi-Fi超级拥堵，基本连不上。从西寨门进来坐观光车到茶文化广场，下来要走很远才能到下一个乘车点风雨桥坐第二趟观光车到观景台，拖着行李不是很方便。但下山很容易，酒店门口就有面包车直接可以送到西寨口坐客运车到凯里。

就在观景台，房间有几年了，但位置真的很好，走廊有一段可以看到对面山上、山下夜景，坐在走廊上聊天也不错，凉快！上面就是观景台，有很多人，晚上人多、早晨人也多，晚上累了倒床就睡，没有影响，但早晨很早就有人在上面拉桌子，真讨厌，不考虑一下顾客的感受。可以走上去，也可以做车上去，总的来讲还是不错的，

酒店在观景台那里，位置相当好，一下观光车就能看到酒店的招牌。房间还比较干净，我们住在三楼，房间好象比二楼的小点，卫生间不大，但洗澡水也比较大，这个比较舒服。唯一遗憾的就是没有提供早餐，早餐在附近吃的当地米粉
