设施没给五星是因为房间窗户没有栓，每间客房的观景阳台外沿都彼此相通，感觉不太安全，必须改进。但总的来说酒店位置极佳，处于四号风雨桥对面的山坡上，也就是景区中心，俯瞰整个景区及对面山上整个苗寨都非常完美。几乎无需去观景台，不过经服务员指引从酒店往后上山离观景台很近。全部木质结构很漂亮，只是有人走动时楼板响声非常大，晚上感觉天花板上有老鼠的声音，要采取措施才行。
