酒店位置没有评论说的那么吓人，早上还下去买了趟早饭（上山口旁边三个米粉店清早就开了）。前台小石很客气，我带着老人问题比较多她都解决了，离开时还帮忙找到去凯里的拼车师傅，提醒大家要拼车或请人提行李的不要安排在8点前大清早，找不到人。对山上的酒店要求不会太高，希望改进的地方就是灯光太暗了，晚上看东西不方便

房间很不错，干净舒适，装修风格温馨，前台小妹服务很好，提前联系前台还帮我们下去提箱子，这点很满意，因为去酒店的石梯很难爬，大件行李一定会累的趴下。是木板房走路要轻一点。，很喜欢酒店的露台。

酒店观景很美，要爬很多台阶，但是在酒店看风景，发呆还是很不错！但是让人很懊恼的是房子是木屋，走路咯吱咯吱响，碰到楼上顾客素质不高，闹腾到凌晨一点，还是上楼敲门才消停，但是一早就又开始，让人很无语！让愉快的旅行打折扣！

到的时候已经很晚了，店里还出来一个小哥来接，帮忙拿行李，前厅环境布置的很别致，就是从景区到店里要爬一百节台。从店里向外看风景很好，可能因为住客素质都比较高，所以晚上很安静。
