热水好，空调好，停车方便，早餐较丰富，前台、保安和房务都很热情高效，人刚下楼，退房手续已全办妥，小个子保安引导停车很周到，让人放心。不足的是洗浴设施安装维护质量不高，淋浴头固定不住，影响使用。
