我们9号入住酒店，准备洗澡时一开水淋浴变相开关头就掉了下来，当即电话服务员并前台要求抓紧修理如不行就调房，更为奇葩的是12号退房时要我们赔偿100元并且房间我们也无任何消费说我们用了2包咖啡。折腾了将近一个小时虽然事后没叫我们付费，但给我们大清早造成心情不好，该酒店服务管理存在问题，做卫生时毛巾等没有补齐，要求补齐时服务员却说放心不会叫你们赔的。请问卫生间开关未经过客人确认你们就可以直接入帐扣款吗？第一次碰到这么奇葩的酒店。
