非常好，家庭公寓面积72平米/套，一室一厅，房间为大床，空调挂机；客厅很大，安有1.2米标准床，有沙发茶几，空调柜机，40寸液晶电视，厅外为小阳台，还有厨房（没有灶具），可以住3-4人，非常适合家庭出游居住，能找到家的感觉。楼下是一座不小的超市，附近小餐馆也很多，非常方便，电梯为刷卡电梯，没有房卡无法乘坐电梯上行。
