房间不怎么样，设施老旧，房间不隔音，嘈杂，退房的前台收银员服务不好，态度不好，没礼貌，弄的跟欠她钱一样，差评，差评！

给的无窗的房，忍了，大冬天的房间没热水，闹那样，半夜12点多才来水，特价房还没发票，搞毛线，还打算出差的半个月就他家了，忍无可忍，果断换另外一家了。
