服务太差，前台人员效率极低，询问如何网上预定，不积极主动告知问一句答一句，不热情，拖着不给你办，屋里没有热水，电话也不能用，问服务人员，态度很不热情的说只能去别的楼层洗，晚上吃饭，服务人员也不积极介绍菜色。徒有其表的破酒店，大家都别来
