酒店自建有ktv， 晚上很吵睡不着，一直唱到凌晨两点还不消停，别说要我提出要求才可以换到其他房间的没用的话。 到凌晨了懒得折腾。
有些客人素质极烂，外面老是大喊大叫。

入住的时候发现垃圾桶还有泡面，床上发现有头发，跟前台联系后，服务员只来更换了垃圾桶，对床上有头发的事情，服务员表示是洗床单没洗干净，经常洗完会有头发和黑色的棉絮物。我让服务员更换床单，服务员不愿意更换，换完垃圾桶就直接走了！！！这态度。。。
