住了很多次，之前觉得服务还不错，来这边总是首选考虑他家。这次发现越来越不如从前。一次性棉拖酒店说很久没有了不能提供，只能穿共用塑料拖鞋，这忍忍就算了。这次令人很失望，订的大床房，给我们换成所谓的商务套房，说什么价格还很高怎样怎样。房间很偏僻，只有大，明显就不常住的房间随意丢给我们。接待我们的前台是皮肤黑黑，胖胖女工作人员态度极差。我们房间里暖气开许久是冷的，打前台无人接电话。要求换房间，前台黑胖的女工作人员一说什么客房满，问她什么都是找各种理由敷衍，一副你爱住不住态度。以为第一次来住，随意给我们找个房忽悠住就好。最终房间还是给换了，不过得谢谢旁边一位工作人员，给我们找一间房我们所订的房型。给你们建议1.酒店管理人员，管理一下自己下属，岗前培训一下，不要随意是个人就给放前台。2.如果客人所订房型没有希望提前告知客人，协商一下房型。不要等客人跑来告知没有。

一夜停2次电，停一夜的水，洗澡洗一半没电了，还出来个服务员不说话把们开了，都快吓死我了，不要钱都不住，垃圾

住宿的地方离温泉非常近，服务也挺好，里面有温泉和饭店，刷房卡就能消费，非常方便。
