订单给我确认 去了竟然没给我留房 说什么没查到信息 临时换了别的房 房间不大 圆床真心睡的不舒服 脚伸不开 头也放哪都不舒服 关键热水老是不怎么热这个比较郁闷 装修还不错 细节有好有坏 服务员态度到是挺好的

这个价格来说不低了，昨天在万豪住，感觉没太大差别，无非这里新一点，居然没电脑，打电话问的时候说有的，来了说大床房没有。。。就这样吧，不过还挺干净的

憋了一肚子气，携程让做208担保，我就押了。到了店里，前台说没有208的价格，最低218，墨迹半天按照208开的房间，转天早上退房死活要补10元的差价，要不不让走，你跟携程没协调好价格，关我消费者屁事，这素质的前台难道不培训就上岗的吗？
