酒店服务特别差，服务员就是爱理不理的样子，卫生也差，卫生间味道太大。顶多就算个小旅馆的素质。以后再也不住了！

配套服务很完善，东西齐全，位置好在植物园门口，唯一不足的是早上才八点就没早餐了，等了半天厨师才开始做。不过也没在里面吃。不影响好评

还不错，旁边就是植物园，空气很好，就是房间有点不隔音，而且水质有问题，越洗越滑。很不适应！

房间很卫生干净，空间较大，服务也不错，紧挨植物园环境清新。138含早点也较实惠，可能离景点较近有些小贵，一般县级宾馆在100左右。早点很单一，鸡蛋只有一个，吃的可选性差。

新开酒店非常好，其实是在洛阳定不到房间的合适选择，离龙门石窟20公里直线距离，开车40分钟。酒店早餐粗糙一般，对得起这个价格，另外房间隔音效果极差，隔壁房间电视声音很吵人！！！！

很差，很差。
1、位置太偏，去哪儿都不方便，而且打车要走很远才能打到，酒店在的地方本身就是一条断头路。
2、服务员素质太差，还在睡觉打扫房间的就要打扫，我说下午再打扫，他说马上就下班了，最后没让她打扫。
3、本来说好九点前有早餐，可我八点半就下去拿券，前台说早餐已经没了。
4、房间里没纸了，打电话给前台，前台说服务员开会去了，马上就拿，可等了一晚上也没人管，直到我退房了也没人理我。
