优点：1 前台态度好；2 房间内卫生打扫得很干净；3 有免费饮用水；4 洗澡水压大；5 房间宽敞。
缺点：1 无法自己调节空调温度，只能调节风力大小，4月底的天气不算热但在不盖被子的情况下都热的全身汗透，连住几天在中央空调最大风力下一直都是27、28度。吹的几乎是自然风，怕热的人慎住；2 入住时礼貌要求给一个不临街的房间，因为怕吵闹，结果还是给的临街，外面是一条大道的红绿灯处，货车呼呼而过，还有时不时的喇叭声，睡眠质量可想而知；3 工作人员早上7点左右就开始在楼道大声说话，完全不考虑住客有没有在休息，一直持续到10点多；4 淋浴间靠近床的一侧就是下水管道和地漏，晚上楼上所有楼层在洗澡都能听到哗啦啦的下水声，就跟在耳旁洗澡一样；5 最后一天一大清早楼下就开始放鞭炮，吵到无法继续睡觉。
