除了位置比较偏以外，其他都还好，不过老边区本来就荒凉，不是酒店的问题，如果选择了老边区，住在这里还是不错的，去五矿办事不算远，推荐。

总体感觉不错。房间很大，也干净。在酒店吃饭很方便，我们为了赶火车，上午10点半提前让餐厅做饭，菜量很足。老板很热情，担心我们等不到车，老板正准备用自己的车送我们，我们的车也来了，还是非常感谢！

吃饭如果不想在宾馆吃或者错过了，需要坐三轮车5分钟，好在三轮车不难等。周围什么都没有。服务态度真是好得不得了

新开的酒店，干净整洁！服务态度很好！特别一提的是：我人还没下车，酒店就来电话说有专车接站。心里满满的。店里的厨师为等我推迟了下班。很感谢！推荐一下。以后再去营口一定还住福泰！
