住店时候被告知100元升级房间，结果结账取押金时被告知需要210才能升级，因为前台的失误让我补钱，果断拒绝。本来对这个酒店印象特别好，但是这次的差错真的让我度假快乐的心情大打折扣。

前台给免费升级了房型，整体感觉很好，孩子很喜欢。早餐是自助，种类很多，在一、二层有中餐、西餐、日本料理。有室内温泉、泳池。从酒店出来就是沙滩，人较少，总的讲，亲子游还错。

酒店挺不错，第二次入住了！出门就是海滩，很方便！服务周到！早餐非常旧好，午餐、晚餐选择很少，附近没什么吃的，只能在酒店，但味道还不错！下午还有水果赠送！

房间很大，卧具比较舒服，早餐很好，温泉及其他娱乐设施也不错，旺季没有空置率，人多的时候服务员有些跟不上节奏，前台处置能力有待加强。
