帮来营口玩的朋友预定酒店，在前台帮忙办理入住时前台一位叫刘佳的员工除了要求入住人出示身份证之外，连帮忙预定房间的我本人也需出示身份证，语气强硬：“你不住吗？你不上电梯吗？只要你上电梯不出示身份证就会导致整个国贸大饭店被公安局封店！”我表示我只是用我的携程账户帮外地的朋友在携程预订房间，预定时入住人也是我朋友的名字，我本人并不入住。刘佳表示她坚信我一定会入住，并且整个过程非常怀疑的语气和我们对话，表示只要我不出示身份证就不给我的朋友办理入住。这种要求，真是闻所未闻诶。这种把客人当作贼来防范的态度，也是在营口其它旅店没有遇见的。对于外地来营口的人来说，当地最推荐的酒店是红运大饭店，大约200元出头，相对于无论硬件软件都如此差的国贸，十分推荐红运。
